RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are welcomed without any undue delay, item(s) must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of you receiving the item.
Items returned to us must strictly meet the following conditions:

Items must be in the same conditions as when we sent them

Items must not have been altered in any way

Exchanges/returns will only be processed when we receive the returned item(s)

Items purchased in the sale are viable for exchange only
Failure to comply with these conditions we will not be able to complete your return/exchange.

REFUND
We will provide a refund using the same method used to make payment within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided that we have received the item back.
Refunds in the UK are in British Pounds(GBP), non-UK refunds will be provided in a local currency, banks and international credit/debit cards issuers will determine exchange rates. If you have paid for your order using a different currency, you will be refunded in the store's local currency.
